1. Hum kya collect karte hain

जब तुम IF use करते हो, हम ये categories की information collect करते हैं:

• Account info: email address, phone number, authentication credentials.
• Profile data: naam, date of birth, gender, orientation, relationship status, prompts, photos, location (city, country, aur jab allow करो तब coordinates), aur optional Instagram handle.
• Messages: IF messages, chat messages, aur tumhare bheje/paaye gaye invite IFs.
• Voice messages: chat में भेजे गए audio recordings, chat media की तरह store होते हैं।
• Usage data: app में क्या-क्या use किया, कौन से features, device type, session analytics वगैरह।
• Subscription data: billing plan, payment platform (Stripe, Apple, Google), subscription status, transaction IDs.
• Device data: push notification tokens, device type, operating system version.
• Location data: जब location permission देते हो, तो geographic coordinates और city/country — profile discovery और distance-based matching के लिए। Coordinates secure रहते हैं, दूसरे users से share नहीं होते।

2. हम जानकारी का कैसे इस्तेमाल करते हैं

Tumhari information ka use hum in kaamon ke liye karte hain:

• IF service chalane aur dene ke liye, jaise profile matching, messaging, aur notifications.
• Stripe, Apple App Store, aur Google Play ke through subscriptions aur payments process karne ke liye.
• Community guidelines follow ho raha hai ya nahi, yeh check karne ke liye AWS Rekognition se upload ki gayi photos moderate karte hain.
• Profile text, chat messages, aur interaction text ko harmful content ke liye OpenAI ke moderation service se screen karte hain.
• Identity verification ke time, tum real ho ya nahi, yeh confirm karne ke liye AWS Rekognition Face Liveness (biometric processing — Section 9 dekho) use karte hain.
• Naye messages, likes, aur IFs ke liye push notifications bhejte hain.
• Product की reliability बेहतर करने, bugs पकड़ने, और usage patterns analyze करने के लिए।
• Fraud, abuse रोकने और rate limits लागू करने के लिए।
• कानूनी ज़रूरतों को पूरा करने और वैध requests का जवाब देने के लिए।

3. थर्ड-पार्टी सर्विस प्रोवाइडर

IF चलाने के लिए हम limited data इन processors के साथ share करते हैं:

• Supabase: database hosting, authentication, file storage।
• Stripe: web payment processing और subscription management।
• AWS Rekognition: automated photo moderation (सिर्फ image bytes) और Face Liveness identity verification (biometric data)।
• OpenAI: profile text, chat messages, और दूसरे free text की automated safety classification (सिर्फ content, model training के लिए नहीं)।
• Amazon SES: transactional email delivery।
• Telnyx: OTP verification के लिए SMS delivery।
• Expo: mobile push notification delivery।
• PostHog: product analytics (anonymized usage data)।
• Sentry: crash और error reporting (app failures का diagnostic data)।
• KLIPY: chat में GIF search — तुम्हारे search terms, IP address और एक pseudonymous identifier लेता है।
• Upstash: server-side rate-limit counters.
• Cloudflare: media storage और delivery.

4. डेटा retention

तुम्हारा account data तब तक रखा जाता है जब तक account active है। Account delete करने पर तुम्हारे messages, photos, IFs, और likes 30 दिन के अंदर हमेशा के लिए delete हो जाते हैं। कुछ records जिन्हें हमें कानूनी, financial या safety reasons से रखना ज़रूरी है, वो ज़्यादा समय तक रखे जाते हैं: payment और subscription records financial regulations के हिसाब से (लगभग सात साल तक, हमारे payment processors के ज़रिए), और safety/moderation records community की सुरक्षा के लिए ज़रूरी समय तक। कुछ anonymized analytics data product improvement के लिए रखा जा सकता है।

5. तुम्हारे अधिकार

तुम्हारे पास ये अधिकार हैं:

• Access: अपने personal data की copy माँग सकते हो।
• Correction: कभी भी गलत profile info update कर सकते हो।
• Deletion: app से अपना account और उससे जुड़ा सारा data delete कर सकते हो।
• Data portability: support@ifdating.app पर email करके अपना data machine-readable format में export माँग सकते हो।
• No cross-app tracking: IF तुम्हें दूसरे apps या websites पर track नहीं करता। हमारी analytics first-party और pseudonymous है।

6. प्रोफाइल discoverability

तुम्हारे search और swipe discoverability settings से तय होता है कि दूसरे users तुम्हें कैसे ढूंढ सकते हैं। Profile settings में जाकर कभी भी इन्हें बंद कर सकते हो।

7. बच्चों की privacy

IF सिर्फ 18 साल या उससे ऊपर के users के लिए है। हम जानबूझकर 18 से कम उम्र के किसी भी व्यक्ति की जानकारी collect नहीं करते। अगर हमें पता चलता है कि कोई user 18 से कम है, तो हम उसका account और data जल्दी से delete कर देंगे।

8. सुरक्षा

हम industry-standard security measures इस्तेमाल करते हैं, जैसे encrypted connections (TLS), database पर row-level security policies, और Supabase Auth के ज़रिए secure authentication। लेकिन कोई भी system पूरी तरह safe नहीं होता, इसलिए absolute security की guarantee नहीं दे सकते।

9. बायोमेट्रिक जानकारी (Liveness Verification)

Identity verification optional है। अगर verify करना चाहो, तो एक छोटा live video selfie record करना होगा। AWS Rekognition Face Liveness इस video को analyze करता है — confirm करने के लिए कि तुम real हो और तुम्हारी profile photos से match करते हो। Video और उससे निकली facial geometry biometric identifiers हैं — सिर्फ verification के लिए process होती हैं, बेची नहीं जातीं, और model training में use नहीं होतीं। Video और check data AWS process करता है और check खत्म होते ही delete कर देता है, बस एक verified reference image छोड़कर — वो image सिर्फ identity reconfirm के लिए रखी जाती है जब तुम primary photo बदलते हो, और account delete करने पर वो भी delete हो जाती है। Capture से पहले हम तुम्हारी explicit consent लेते हैं; मना कर सकते हो और IF पर बिना verified badge के रह सकते हो। जहां कानून मांगता है (जैसे Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act या EU GDPR Article 9), ये processing तुम्हारी consent पर ही होती है।

10. टेक्स्ट मैसेजिंग (SMS)

हम SMS text messages भेजते हैं ताकि phone sign-in और phone-number verification के लिए one-time codes deliver किए जा सकें। SMS हमारे messaging provider Telnyx के ज़रिए भेजा जाता है। Verification code पाने के लिए phone number देने का मतलब है कि तुम ये message पाने के लिए consent देते हो। Message frequency तुम्हारी activity पर depend करती है। Message और data rates लग सकते हैं। मदद के लिए HELP reply करो, या जहाँ लागू हो वहाँ STOP reply करके opt out कर सकते हो। तुम्हारी mobile info किसी तीसरे पक्ष या affiliates को promotional या marketing के लिए बेची या share नहीं की जाएगी। तुम्हारा phone number और SMS opt-in/consent data सिर्फ उन्हीं vendors के साथ share होता है जो ये messages deliver करने में मदद करते हैं (जैसे Telnyx), और सिर्फ messaging service देने के लिए, कभी भी उनके खुद के marketing के लिए नहीं; इसमें किसी भी method से transfer शामिल है, affiliates के बीच sharing भी।

11. इस नीति में बदलाव

हम कभी-कभी इस policy को अपडेट कर सकते हैं। अगर कोई बड़ा बदलाव होगा, तो app या email के ज़रिए तुम्हें बताएँगे। बदलाव के बाद IF का इस्तेमाल जारी रखने का मतलब है कि तुम updated policy मानते हो।

भाषा
