1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using IF, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use IF.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using IF, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We may require age verification and will terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. You must provide accurate profile information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, violent, hateful, or violates others’ rights.
• Use IF for commercial solicitation, spam, or automated messaging.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from IF through automated means.
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or limits.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to IF (photos, messages, prompts). By uploading content, you grant IF a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the service. All IF branding, design, and software are owned by IF and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

IF offers a free tier and two paid tiers, IF and IFinity. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe (web), Apple App Store (iOS), or Google Play (Android).

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• You can cancel at any time through your account settings or the relevant app store.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the payment platform (Stripe, Apple, or Google).
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

7. Plan Usage Limits

Free, IF, and IFinity accounts have different usage limits. The single “IFs” row on our pricing comparison reflects the outstanding (at-a-time) limit — how many pending IFs you can have in flight at once, which for free accounts is the binding constraint. The per-surface daily send limits and the IFinity “unlimited” figures are itemised below; note that IFinity’s “unlimited” applies to Swipe and outstanding IFs, while Search IFs and lookups remain capped on every tier. We may adjust these limits over time as we improve IF; the current limits are:

• Swipe IFs: Free 1 per day; IF 100 per day; IFinity unlimited.
• Search IFs: Free 1 per day; IF 5 per day; IFinity 10 per day.
• Outstanding (pending) IFs: Free 1 at a time; IF 100; IFinity unlimited.
• Profile lookups via Search: Free 3 per day; IF 7 per day; IFinity 12 per day.

8. Photo Moderation

Uploaded photos are subject to automated moderation. Photos that violate our community guidelines (nudity, violence, hate symbols, etc.) will be automatically rejected and removed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

9. Disclaimers

IF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users. Use IF at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IF and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for IF in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Language

This document may be provided in translation for convenience. The English version is the legally binding version, and it controls if any translation conflicts with it.
